Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle – from early-stage planning and procurement to final delivery.
- Lead all pre-contract project management activities, ensuring alignment with the client’s objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and project stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and compliance issues across all project stages.
- Utilize your expertise in FIDIC contract management, especially on occupier fit-out projects for high-end corporate buildings.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes while keeping the project on time and within budget.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a talented, driven, and detail-oriented individual with the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Project Management, or a related field.
- Professional Certifications: Membership with MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA, ICE, or an equivalent recognized body is strongly preferred.
- Experience: At least 10 years of project management experience within the building construction industry.
- Proven history of managing large-scale occupier fit-out projects, particularly for premium corporate office spaces (30,000–35,000 sqm).
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with FIDIC contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Prior experience with PQS / PM firms or multidisciplinary consultancies is ideal.
