The John Bost Foundation, a major non-profit organization serving vulnerable individuals, is hiring a Training & Development Officer (H/F) to oversee and coordinate skill-building initiatives across its care facilities in Île-de-France (78–95) and Normandy (76).
As a key part of the HR team, you will help design and implement the foundation’s strategic training and development plans for non-managerial staff, ensuring continuous learning aligned with organizational goals.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
📋 Skills Development Planning
- Collect training needs (certified courses, continuing education, VAE, apprenticeships, etc.)
- Analyze and prioritize needs in collaboration with site managers
- Build and validate annual training plans within budget guidelines
📚 Training Coordination & Logistics
- Schedule and organize internal and external training sessions
- Manage logistics: bookings, planning, trainer communication, etc.
- Track and support apprentices and diploma-seeking staff
📁 Administrative & Financial Oversight
- Handle complete administrative flow: funding requests (OPCO Santé, CNSA), billing, reimbursements
- Maintain accurate training records and employee files
- Prepare reports and dashboards for HR, finance, and compliance
📊 Reporting & Compliance
- Generate training activity reports for annual reviews and employee representative committees (IRP)
- Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation integrity
📈 Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay updated on digital learning trends and professional training standards
- Propose and implement innovative training practices
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
🧠 Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Bac+3 minimum)
- Proven experience managing training and development programs end-to-end
- Solid knowledge of HRIS training systems
- Background or strong interest in digital learning tools or pedagogical design
- Project management and organizational skills are essential

- Detail-oriented, structured, and methodical
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle projects in parallel
