IT Regional Support Manager β Europe (M/F)

Radiall is seeking a proactive and experienced Regional IT Support Manager to oversee local user support across its European sites. Reporting to the Group Head of Systems & Networks, you will lead local IT teams and ensure operational excellence in user support, systems infrastructure, and network availability.
This role is perfect for a tech-savvy leader with strong managerial skills, fluent in English, and experienced in ITIL standards.
π οΈ Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Level 1 IT user support across multiple European sites
- Lead and coordinate local IT teams to ensure seamless day-to-day support
- Manage local IT infrastructure: user devices (PCs, mobile phones, printers), servers, networks, and telephony
- Ensure compliance with Radiall Group standards and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Implement ITIL best practices (incident management, change control, escalation procedures)
- Support system availability through preventive and corrective maintenance
- Enforce IT security policies and monitor the effectiveness of service delivery
- Manage vendor relationships and contribute to the groupβs IT procurement strategy
- Develop and analyze KPIs and dashboards to drive service improvements
- Contribute to the IT departmentβs technology watch and innovation initiatives
π€ Your Profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Strong experience in end-user support and team management across multi-site environments
- Proven knowledge of IT infrastructure, user systems, and service management
- ITIL certification is required
- Fluent English in an international context is essential
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
