Schedule: Monday to Friday (7 AM – Midnight), Saturday and Sunday (7 AM – 10 PM) as required

Position Overview: Credit Card Contact Center Specialist
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? CIBC is looking for a Credit Card Contact Center Specialist to support our EAFC Credit Card clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and offering tailored financial solutions to meet their goals.
This full-time position allows you to work from home, with occasional onsite meetings. We provide a dynamic, inclusive work environment where your growth and development are a top priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound client calls regarding credit card accounts.
- Identify client needs and proactively offer personalized banking solutions.
- Provide excellent service with empathy, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Handle credit card applications, cancellations, and account support.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication skills in both English and French (bilingualism is mandatory outside Québec).
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently from a quiet, secure home office.
- Wired internet connection with minimum speeds of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload (no satellite internet).
- Ability to commute to the primary office location within 2 hours if needed.
