As a Social Media & Marketing Associate, you’ll lead the charge in building meaningful relationships with prospects and followers through cold outreach and content creation. You’ll play a key role in executing targeted campaigns via email, SMS, and social media DMs while also managing and growing our organic social presence across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

💼 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute cold outreach campaigns (emails, SMS, and social media DMs) using curated contact lists and CRM tools.

- Collaborate with internal marketing and brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Monitor trends in social media and adjust strategies to improve engagement and performance.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous campaign optimization.

- 1+ year experience in digital outreach and social media management.
- Excellent written communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, outreach tools, and major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Passion for marketing trends, brand development, and online community growth.
